Vision and Mission

In response to the strategic goals and national development policies of the Lao PDR government—particularly in the field of infrastructure development such as roads, bridges, irrigation systems, buildings, and other constructions which are crucial for economic growth and an essential foundation for the transportation sector—Phanthamit Group Sole Co., Ltd. was established on March 10, 2009, and officially consolidated as a group on August 20, 2021, with a registered capital of 999,999,999 LAK (Nine hundred ninety-nine billion kip). It is a 100% Lao-owned company. Phanthamit Group Sole Co., Ltd. operates in the areas of design, estimation, construction, and maintenance of bridges, irrigation systems, hotels, and microfinance institutions (non-deposit taking), as well as integrated agricultural services. Additionally, the company has development plans in hydropower, wind energy, and mineral resources such as iron ore and quartz. The company takes great pride in contributing to the development of the nation, especially in areas such as designing and constructing bridges and roads in the northern and central provinces of Laos, hotel development, financial institutions, and sustainable agriculture. Currently, the company is working on projects including bridge construction in Xayaboury and Borikhamxay provinces, the construction of an 8-star hotel in Luang Prabang, an agricultural development project in Xayaboury, and a microfinance service institution in Vientiane Capital.
